做法:洗净宰好鲫鱼,洗净淮山(shān )和薏米。用清水把(bǎ )陈皮(pí )泡软,拍(pāi )裂一小块姜,热锅,用(yòng )姜块在锅上(shàng )擦一遍,放两勺油,待油六(liù )成热下鱼(yú ),煎至微(wēi )黄(huáng )。煮沸瓦(wǎ )煲里(lǐ )的清水,放入煎煮(zhǔ )好的鲫鱼和其(qí )他材料,武火煮沸,转中(zhōng )小火煲一个半小时,下盐调(diào )味即可品(pǐn )尝。 -
