做法:春笋切(qiē )成片后加少许盐(yán )捞出后用清水浸泡,生姜切片(piàn ),葱切(qiē )成段(duàn )。锅烧热,倒(dǎo )入2勺(sháo )油(yóu ),放(fàng )入生姜、春笋、牛肉片、葱段(duàn )翻(fān )炒1分钟(zhōng )左右。再加入生抽、老(lǎo )抽、蚝油翻炒(chǎo )均匀,加入少量清水半掩住(zhù )春笋,盖上(shàng )锅盖大火煮开后转中火。煮到水快熬干的时候(hòu )加入盐,翻(fān )炒均匀稍收汁时盖上(shàng )锅盖焖。 -
