做法:洗净宰好鲫鱼,洗净淮山和薏米(mǐ )。用清水把陈皮泡软(ruǎn ),拍裂一小块姜(jiāng ),热锅,用姜块在(zài )锅上擦一遍,放两勺油,待(dài )油六成热下鱼,煎至微(wēi )黄(huáng )。煮沸瓦煲里的(de )清水(shuǐ ),放(fàng )入煎煮好的鲫鱼和其(qí )他材料,武火煮沸,转中(zhōng )小火(huǒ )煲一个半小(xiǎo )时,下盐(yán )调味即可品尝。 -
