做法:春笋切成(chéng )片后加少(shǎo )许盐捞出后用清水浸泡,生(shēng )姜切片,葱切成(chéng )段。锅烧热,倒入(rù )2勺油,放入生姜、春笋、牛肉片、葱段翻炒1分钟(zhōng )左右。再加入生抽、老抽、蚝油翻炒均匀,加入(rù )少量清水半掩住春笋(sǔn ),盖(gài )上锅盖大火煮(zhǔ )开(kāi )后(hòu )转(zhuǎn )中火(huǒ )。煮(zhǔ )到水(shuǐ )快熬干的时候加入盐,翻(fān )炒(chǎo )均匀(yún )稍收汁时盖上(shàng )锅盖焖。 -
