做(zuò )法:春笋切(qiē )成片后加少许盐捞出(chū )后用清水浸泡,生姜切(qiē )片,葱(cōng )切成段(duàn )。锅烧热,倒入2勺(sháo )油,放入生姜、春笋、牛肉片、葱(cōng )段翻炒1分钟左右。再加入(rù )生抽、老抽、蚝油翻炒均匀,加入少量清水半掩(yǎn )住春笋,盖上锅(guō )盖大火煮(zhǔ )开后转中火(huǒ )。煮到水快熬(áo )干的时候加入(rù )盐(yán ),翻炒(chǎo )均(jun1 )匀稍收汁时(shí )盖上锅盖焖。 -
