做法:春笋切成片后加(jiā )少(shǎo )许盐捞出后(hòu )用清水浸泡,生姜切片,葱切成段。锅(guō )烧热,倒入(rù )2勺油,放(fàng )入生姜、春笋、牛肉片、葱段翻炒1分钟左(zuǒ )右。再加入生抽、老抽、蚝油翻炒均匀,加入少量清水半(bàn )掩住(zhù )春笋,盖上(shàng )锅盖大火煮(zhǔ )开后(hòu )转中火(huǒ )。煮到水快熬干(gàn )的时候加(jiā )入盐,翻(fān )炒均匀稍收汁时盖上锅盖(gài )焖。 -
