做法:洗(xǐ )净宰好鲫鱼,洗净淮山和薏米。用(yòng )清水把(bǎ )陈皮泡软,拍裂一小块姜(jiāng ),热锅,用姜块(kuài )在锅上擦一遍,放两勺油,待油六成热下鱼(yú ),煎至微黄(huáng )。煮沸瓦煲里的清水,放入煎(jiān )煮(zhǔ )好的鲫鱼和其(qí )他材料,武火(huǒ )煮(zhǔ )沸,转中小(xiǎo )火煲(bāo )一(yī )个半(bàn )小时(shí ),下盐调味即可品尝。 -
