做(zuò )法:春笋切成片(piàn )后加少(shǎo )许(xǔ )盐捞出后用清水浸泡,生姜切片,葱切成段。锅烧热,倒(dǎo )入2勺油,放入生姜(jiāng )、春笋、牛肉(ròu )片、葱段翻炒(chǎo )1分钟左右。再加入生抽、老抽、蚝油翻炒(chǎo )均匀(yún ),加(jiā )入少量清水半掩住春(chūn )笋,盖上锅盖(gài )大火煮(zhǔ )开后转中火。煮到水快熬干的时(shí )候(hòu )加入(rù )盐,翻炒均匀稍收(shōu )汁时盖上锅盖焖。 -
