做法:春(chūn )笋切成片后加少许盐捞出(chū )后用清水浸(jìn )泡,生姜(jiāng )切(qiē )片(piàn ),葱切成段(duàn )。锅烧热,倒入2勺油(yóu ),放入生姜、春笋、牛肉片、葱段翻(fān )炒(chǎo )1分钟左右。再加入生抽、老抽、蚝(háo )油翻炒均匀,加入少量清水半掩住春(chūn )笋,盖上锅盖大火煮开后转中火。煮(zhǔ )到水快熬干的时(shí )候加入盐,翻(fān )炒均匀(yún )稍收汁时盖上(shàng )锅(guō )盖焖。 -
