做法(fǎ ):洗净(jìng )宰好鲫鱼,洗(xǐ )净淮山和薏米。用清水把陈皮泡软,拍裂一小块姜,热锅(guō ),用姜块在(zài )锅上擦一遍,放两勺油,待油六成(chéng )热(rè )下鱼(yú ),煎至(zhì )微黄(huáng )。煮沸瓦煲(bāo )里的清水(shuǐ ),放入煎煮好的鲫(jì )鱼和(hé )其他材料,武火煮沸,转中小火煲一个半小(xiǎo )时,下盐调味即可品尝(cháng )。 -
