做法:春笋切(qiē )成片后(hòu )加少许盐捞出后用清(qīng )水浸泡,生姜切片,葱(cōng )切成段(duàn )。锅烧(shāo )热,倒入2勺油,放(fàng )入生姜、春笋、牛肉片、葱段翻炒1分钟左右。再加入生(shēng )抽、老抽、蚝油翻炒均匀,加入少量清水半掩住春笋,盖上锅盖大(dà )火(huǒ )煮开后转中火。煮到水快熬(áo )干(gàn )的时候加(jiā )入盐,翻(fān )炒(chǎo )均(jun1 )匀稍收汁时盖上(shàng )锅盖焖。 -
