做法:春笋切成片后加(jiā )少许盐捞出后用清水浸泡,生姜切片(piàn ),葱切成段。锅烧热,倒(dǎo )入2勺油,放入生(shēng )姜、春笋、牛肉片、葱段翻(fān )炒1分钟左右。再加入生抽(chōu )、老抽(chōu )、蚝油翻(fān )炒均匀,加入少量(liàng )清水半掩住春笋,盖上锅(guō )盖大火煮(zhǔ )开后转中火。煮到(dào )水快熬(áo )干(gàn )的时候加入(rù )盐(yán ),翻炒均匀稍收(shōu )汁(zhī )时(shí )盖上锅(guō )盖焖。 -
