做法:春笋(sǔn )切成片后加少许盐(yán )捞出后用清水浸(jìn )泡,生姜切片,葱切成段(duàn )。锅(guō )烧热(rè ),倒入2勺油,放入生姜、春笋、牛肉片(piàn )、葱段翻炒1分钟(zhōng )左右。再加入(rù )生(shēng )抽(chōu )、老抽、蚝油翻炒均匀(yún ),加入少量(liàng )清水半掩住春笋(sǔn ),盖上(shàng )锅盖大火煮(zhǔ )开后转中火。煮到水快熬干的时候加入盐,翻炒均匀稍收汁时盖上锅盖焖。 -
