做(zuò )法:春笋切成片后加少许盐(yán )捞出后用清水(shuǐ )浸(jìn )泡,生姜(jiāng )切片,葱切成段。锅烧热,倒入2勺油,放入生姜、春笋、牛肉片、葱段(duàn )翻(fān )炒(chǎo )1分钟左(zuǒ )右。再加入生抽、老(lǎo )抽、蚝油翻炒均匀(yún ),加入少量清水半掩住(zhù )春笋,盖上锅盖大火煮开后转中火。煮到(dào )水快熬干(gàn )的时候加入盐,翻(fān )炒均(jun1 )匀稍(shāo )收(shōu )汁(zhī )时盖上锅盖(gài )焖。 -
