做法(fǎ ):洗净宰好鲫鱼,洗净淮(huái )山和薏(yì )米(mǐ )。用清水把陈皮泡软,拍裂(liè )一小块姜(jiāng ),热锅,用姜块在锅上擦一遍(biàn ),放(fàng )两勺(sháo )油,待油六成热(rè )下鱼,煎至微黄。煮沸(fèi )瓦煲里的清水,放(fàng )入煎(jiān )煮好的鲫鱼和(hé )其他(tā )材料,武火煮沸,转中小火煲一个半小时(shí ),下盐调味即可品尝。 -
