做(zuò )法:春(chūn )笋(sǔn )切成片后加少许盐捞(lāo )出后用清水浸泡,生姜切片,葱(cōng )切成段(duàn )。锅(guō )烧热(rè ),倒入2勺(sháo )油,放入生姜、春笋、牛肉片、葱(cōng )段翻炒1分钟左右。再加入生抽、老抽、蚝油翻(fān )炒均匀(yún ),加入少量(liàng )清水半掩(yǎn )住春(chūn )笋,盖上锅盖大火煮开后转中(zhōng )火。煮到水(shuǐ )快(kuài )熬干的时候加入盐,翻炒均匀稍收汁时盖上锅盖(gài )焖(mèn )。 -
