做法:洗净宰好鲫鱼,洗(xǐ )净淮(huái )山(shān )和薏米。用清水把陈皮泡软,拍裂一小块姜,热(rè )锅,用姜块(kuài )在锅上擦一遍,放(fàng )两勺(sháo )油,待油六(liù )成热(rè )下鱼,煎至微黄。煮沸瓦煲里的清(qīng )水,放入煎(jiān )煮好的(de )鲫鱼和其(qí )他材(cái )料,武火(huǒ )煮沸,转中(zhōng )小(xiǎo )火煲(bāo )一个半小时,下盐调味即可品尝。 -
