做法:春笋切成片后加少许(xǔ )盐(yán )捞出后用清水浸(jìn )泡,生姜切片,葱(cōng )切成段。锅烧(shāo )热(rè ),倒入2勺油,放入(rù )生姜、春笋、牛肉片、葱段翻炒1分钟(zhōng )左右。再加入生抽、老(lǎo )抽、蚝油翻炒均匀,加入(rù )少量清水半掩住春笋(sǔn ),盖上锅盖大火(huǒ )煮开后转中火。煮到水快熬干的时候加入(rù )盐(yán ),翻炒均匀稍收汁(zhī )时(shí )盖上(shàng )锅(guō )盖(gài )焖。 -
