做法:春笋(sǔn )切成片后加(jiā )少许盐捞出后用(yòng )清水浸泡(pào ),生姜(jiāng )切片,葱切(qiē )成段。锅烧热,倒入(rù )2勺油,放入生姜、春笋、牛肉片(piàn )、葱段翻炒(chǎo )1分钟左右。再加入生抽、老抽、蚝油翻炒均匀,加入少量清(qīng )水半掩住春笋,盖上(shàng )锅(guō )盖大(dà )火煮开后转中火。煮到水快熬(áo )干的时候加入盐,翻炒均(jun1 )匀稍收汁(zhī )时盖上锅盖(gài )焖。 -
