做法:春笋切成片后加少许盐(yán )捞出(chū )后用清水浸泡,生姜切(qiē )片,葱切成段。锅烧热(rè ),倒入2勺油,放入生姜、春(chūn )笋、牛肉片、葱(cōng )段(duàn )翻炒1分(fèn )钟左右。再加入生抽、老抽、蚝(háo )油(yóu )翻炒均匀,加入少量清水半掩住春笋,盖上锅盖大(dà )火煮开后转(zhuǎn )中火。煮到水快熬干的时候(hòu )加(jiā )入盐(yán ),翻炒均匀稍收汁(zhī )时盖上(shàng )锅盖焖。 -
