做法:洗净宰好鲫鱼,洗净淮山和薏(yì )米(mǐ )。用清水把陈皮泡软,拍裂一小(xiǎo )块姜,热锅,用(yòng )姜(jiāng )块在锅上擦一遍,放两勺油,待(dài )油六成热下鱼,煎至微黄。煮沸瓦煲里的清水(shuǐ ),放入煎煮好的(de )鲫鱼和其他(tā )材料,武火(huǒ )煮沸,转中小火煲(bāo )一个半小(xiǎo )时,下(xià )盐(yán )调味即(jí )可(kě )品尝。 -
