做(zuò )法:春笋切成片(piàn )后加(jiā )少许盐捞出后用清水浸泡,生姜切片,葱切成(chéng )段。锅烧热,倒入2勺油,放入生姜(jiāng )、春笋、牛肉片、葱段翻炒1分钟(zhōng )左右。再加(jiā )入生抽、老抽、蚝油翻炒(chǎo )均匀,加入(rù )少量清水半(bàn )掩住春笋,盖(gài )上锅盖大火煮开(kāi )后转中(zhōng )火。煮到水快熬干的(de )时候(hòu )加入盐,翻炒均匀(yún )稍收汁时盖上锅(guō )盖(gài )焖。 -
