做法:春笋(sǔn )切成片(piàn )后加少(shǎo )许盐捞出后用清水浸泡(pào ),生姜(jiāng )切(qiē )片,葱(cōng )切成段。锅烧热,倒入2勺油,放入(rù )生姜(jiāng )、春笋、牛肉(ròu )片、葱段翻炒1分钟左右。再加入生抽(chōu )、老抽、蚝油翻炒均匀,加入少量清水半掩住春笋(sǔn ),盖上锅盖大火煮(zhǔ )开后转中(zhōng )火(huǒ )。煮到水快熬干的时候加(jiā )入(rù )盐,翻炒均匀稍收汁时盖(gài )上锅盖焖。 -
