做法:洗净宰好鲫鱼,洗净淮山和(hé )薏米。用(yòng )清水把(bǎ )陈皮泡(pào )软,拍裂一小(xiǎo )块(kuài )姜,热锅,用姜块(kuài )在(zài )锅上擦一遍,放两勺油,待油六成热下鱼,煎至微黄。煮沸瓦煲里的清水(shuǐ ),放入煎(jiān )煮好的鲫鱼和其他材料,武火煮(zhǔ )沸,转中小(xiǎo )火煲一(yī )个(gè )半(bàn )小时,下盐调(diào )味即可品尝。 -
