做法:春笋切成片后(hòu )加少(shǎo )许盐捞出后用清水浸泡,生姜切片,葱(cōng )切(qiē )成段。锅烧热,倒入2勺油,放入生(shēng )姜(jiāng )、春笋、牛肉片、葱段翻炒1分(fèn )钟左右。再加入生(shēng )抽、老抽、蚝油翻(fān )炒均匀,加入(rù )少量(liàng )清(qīng )水半掩住春笋(sǔn ),盖上(shàng )锅盖大火煮开后转中火。煮到水快熬干的时候加入(rù )盐,翻炒均匀稍收汁时盖上(shàng )锅盖焖。 -
