做法:春(chūn )笋切成片后加少许盐捞出后用清水浸泡,生(shēng )姜切(qiē )片,葱(cōng )切(qiē )成段。锅(guō )烧热,倒入2勺(sháo )油(yóu ),放入(rù )生姜、春(chūn )笋、牛肉片(piàn )、葱段翻(fān )炒1分钟左右。再加入生抽、老抽、蚝油翻炒(chǎo )均匀,加(jiā )入少量清水半掩住春笋(sǔn ),盖上锅盖大火煮开(kāi )后转中火。煮到水快熬(áo )干的时候加入盐,翻炒均匀稍收汁时盖上锅盖焖。 -
