做法:春笋切(qiē )成片(piàn )后加少许(xǔ )盐捞(lāo )出后用清(qīng )水浸泡,生姜切片,葱切成(chéng )段。锅(guō )烧热,倒入2勺油,放入生姜、春笋、牛肉片、葱段翻炒1分钟左(zuǒ )右。再加入生抽、老抽、蚝油翻炒均匀,加入少量清水(shuǐ )半掩住春(chūn )笋,盖上锅(guō )盖大火煮开后(hòu )转中火。煮到(dào )水(shuǐ )快熬(áo )干的时候加入盐,翻炒(chǎo )均匀稍收汁时(shí )盖上(shàng )锅盖焖。 -
