做法:春笋切成片后加少许盐捞出后用(yòng )清水(shuǐ )浸泡,生姜(jiāng )切片,葱切成段。锅烧热,倒入2勺油,放入(rù )生(shēng )姜(jiāng )、春笋、牛(niú )肉片(piàn )、葱(cōng )段翻(fān )炒1分钟左右。再加入(rù )生(shēng )抽、老(lǎo )抽、蚝油翻炒均匀,加入少量清水(shuǐ )半掩住春笋(sǔn ),盖上锅(guō )盖大火煮开(kāi )后转中火(huǒ )。煮(zhǔ )到水快熬干的时候加入盐,翻炒均匀稍收汁时盖上锅盖焖。 -
