做法:春笋切(qiē )成片后加少(shǎo )许盐捞出后(hòu )用清水浸泡,生姜切片,葱切成段(duàn )。锅烧热(rè ),倒入(rù )2勺油,放入生姜、春笋、牛肉片、葱段翻炒1分钟左右。再加入(rù )生抽、老抽、蚝油翻炒均匀(yún ),加入少量(liàng )清水半掩住春笋,盖上(shàng )锅(guō )盖大火煮开后转中火。煮到水快熬干的时候加入盐,翻炒(chǎo )均匀稍收汁(zhī )时盖上(shàng )锅盖(gài )焖。 -
