做(zuò )法:洗净宰好鲫鱼,洗净淮山和薏米。用清水把陈皮泡软,拍裂一小(xiǎo )块姜,热锅(guō ),用姜块在锅上(shàng )擦一遍,放两(liǎng )勺(sháo )油,待油六成热下鱼,煎至微黄。煮沸瓦煲里(lǐ )的清水,放入煎煮(zhǔ )好(hǎo )的(de )鲫鱼和其(qí )他材料(liào ),武火煮沸,转中小火(huǒ )煲一个(gè )半小(xiǎo )时(shí ),下盐调(diào )味即可品尝。 -
