做法(fǎ ):春(chūn )笋切成片后加少许(xǔ )盐捞出后用清水浸泡,生姜切片(piàn ),葱切成段。锅烧(shāo )热,倒入2勺油,放入生(shēng )姜、春笋、牛肉片、葱段翻炒1分钟(zhōng )左右。再加入生抽(chōu )、老(lǎo )抽、蚝油翻(fān )炒均匀,加(jiā )入少(shǎo )量清水(shuǐ )半掩住(zhù )春笋,盖上锅盖大(dà )火煮开后转中火。煮(zhǔ )到(dào )水快熬干的时候加入盐,翻炒均匀稍收汁时盖上锅盖焖。 -
