做法:洗净宰好鲫鱼,洗净淮山和(hé )薏(yì )米(mǐ )。用清(qīng )水把陈皮泡软,拍(pāi )裂一小块姜,热锅,用姜(jiāng )块在(zài )锅上擦一遍,放(fàng )两勺油,待油六成热下鱼,煎至(zhì )微黄。煮沸瓦煲里的清水,放入煎(jiān )煮好的(de )鲫鱼和其他(tā )材料,武火煮沸,转中(zhōng )小(xiǎo )火煲一个(gè )半小时(shí ),下(xià )盐调味即可品尝。 -
