做法:春笋切(qiē )成片(piàn )后加少许盐(yán )捞出后用(yòng )清水浸(jìn )泡,生(shēng )姜切片,葱切成段。锅烧热,倒(dǎo )入2勺油,放(fàng )入生姜、春笋、牛肉片、葱段翻炒1分钟左右。再加(jiā )入生抽、老抽、蚝油翻(fān )炒均匀,加入少量清水半掩(yǎn )住(zhù )春笋,盖上锅盖(gài )大火煮开后转中火。煮到水快熬干(gàn )的时候加入盐,翻炒均匀稍收汁(zhī )时盖上锅(guō )盖焖。 -
