做法:洗净宰好鲫鱼,洗净淮山和薏米。用(yòng )清水(shuǐ )把(bǎ )陈皮泡软,拍(pāi )裂一小块姜,热(rè )锅,用姜块在锅上擦一遍,放两勺(sháo )油(yóu ),待油六成热下鱼,煎至微黄(huáng )。煮沸瓦煲里的清(qīng )水,放入煎煮(zhǔ )好的鲫鱼和(hé )其(qí )他材(cái )料,武火(huǒ )煮沸,转中小火煲一(yī )个(gè )半小(xiǎo )时,下盐调味即可品尝。 -
