做法:春笋切成(chéng )片后加少许盐捞出后用清水浸泡,生姜切片,葱切成(chéng )段(duàn )。锅烧热,倒入2勺油,放入(rù )生姜、春笋、牛肉片(piàn )、葱(cōng )段翻炒1分钟左(zuǒ )右。再加入生抽(chōu )、老抽、蚝(háo )油翻炒均匀,加(jiā )入少量清(qīng )水半掩住(zhù )春笋,盖(gài )上锅盖大火煮开后转中(zhōng )火。煮到水快熬干的时(shí )候(hòu )加入(rù )盐,翻炒均匀稍收汁时(shí )盖(gài )上锅盖焖。 -
