做法:春笋切成片后加少许(xǔ )盐捞出后用(yòng )清水浸泡,生(shēng )姜切片,葱切成(chéng )段。锅烧热,倒(dǎo )入(rù )2勺油,放入(rù )生姜、春笋、牛肉片、葱段翻炒1分(fèn )钟左右。再加(jiā )入生抽、老抽、蚝油翻炒均匀,加入少量清水半掩住春笋(sǔn ),盖上(shàng )锅盖(gài )大火煮(zhǔ )开后(hòu )转中火。煮到水快熬干(gàn )的时候加入盐,翻炒均匀稍收汁(zhī )时盖上锅盖焖。 -
