做法:春笋切成(chéng )片后加少许盐捞出后用(yòng )清水浸泡,生姜(jiāng )切片,葱切成段。锅烧(shāo )热,倒入2勺(sháo )油,放入生(shēng )姜、春笋、牛肉片、葱段(duàn )翻炒1分钟左右。再(zài )加入生抽、老抽、蚝油(yóu )翻炒(chǎo )均匀,加入少量清水半掩(yǎn )住春(chūn )笋,盖上锅盖大火煮开后转中火。煮到(dào )水快熬(áo )干的时候加入盐(yán ),翻炒均(jun1 )匀稍收汁时盖上锅盖焖。 -
