做法:春(chūn )笋切成片后加少许盐捞出后用清水浸(jìn )泡,生(shēng )姜(jiāng )切片(piàn ),葱切成(chéng )段。锅烧热(rè ),倒入2勺油,放入生姜(jiāng )、春笋、牛肉片、葱段翻炒(chǎo )1分钟左右。再加(jiā )入(rù )生抽、老抽(chōu )、蚝油翻炒均匀,加入少(shǎo )量清水半掩住春笋,盖上(shàng )锅盖大火煮开后转中火。煮到水(shuǐ )快熬(áo )干(gàn )的时候加入盐,翻(fān )炒均匀稍收汁(zhī )时盖(gài )上锅盖焖。 -
