做法(fǎ ):春笋切(qiē )成片后加少许盐捞出后用清水浸泡(pào ),生姜切片,葱切(qiē )成段(duàn )。锅烧热(rè ),倒入2勺油,放入生姜、春笋、牛肉片、葱段翻炒1分钟左右。再加入生抽(chōu )、老抽、蚝(háo )油翻炒均匀,加(jiā )入少量清水(shuǐ )半掩(yǎn )住春笋,盖上锅盖大火煮开(kāi )后转中火。煮到水快(kuài )熬干的时候加(jiā )入盐,翻炒均匀稍收(shōu )汁时盖上锅盖焖(mèn )。 -
