做法(fǎ ):春笋切成片后加少许盐捞出后用清水浸泡,生姜(jiāng )切片,葱(cōng )切成段。锅(guō )烧热,倒入(rù )2勺油(yóu ),放(fàng )入生姜(jiāng )、春笋、牛肉(ròu )片、葱段翻炒1分钟左右。再加(jiā )入生(shēng )抽、老抽、蚝油翻炒均匀,加入少量清水半掩(yǎn )住春笋,盖上锅盖大火煮开后转中火(huǒ )。煮到(dào )水(shuǐ )快熬干的时候(hòu )加入盐,翻炒(chǎo )均匀稍收汁时(shí )盖上锅盖焖。 -
