做法(fǎ ):春笋切(qiē )成片后加少(shǎo )许盐捞出(chū )后(hòu )用清水浸泡,生姜切(qiē )片,葱切成段(duàn )。锅烧(shāo )热,倒(dǎo )入(rù )2勺油,放入生姜、春(chūn )笋、牛肉片、葱段翻(fān )炒1分钟左右。再加入生抽、老抽、蚝油翻炒均匀,加入少量清水半掩住春(chūn )笋,盖上锅盖大火煮开后转(zhuǎn )中火。煮(zhǔ )到水快熬干的时候加入盐,翻(fān )炒(chǎo )均匀稍收汁时盖(gài )上锅盖(gài )焖。 -
