做(zuò )法:春笋切成(chéng )片后加少许盐捞出后用清水浸泡,生(shēng )姜切片,葱切成(chéng )段(duàn )。锅烧热,倒入2勺油,放入生姜、春笋、牛肉片、葱段翻(fān )炒1分钟左右。再加入生抽、老抽(chōu )、蚝油(yóu )翻炒均匀,加入(rù )少量(liàng )清(qīng )水半掩住春笋(sǔn ),盖上(shàng )锅(guō )盖大火煮开后转中火。煮到水快熬(áo )干的时候(hòu )加入盐(yán ),翻炒均(jun1 )匀稍(shāo )收汁时盖上锅盖焖。 -
