做法:洗净宰好鲫鱼,洗净淮(huái )山和薏米。用清水把陈(chén )皮泡软,拍裂一(yī )小块姜,热锅,用姜块在锅上(shàng )擦(cā )一遍,放(fàng )两勺(sháo )油,待油(yóu )六成热下鱼,煎至微黄。煮沸瓦(wǎ )煲里的清水,放入煎煮好的鲫鱼和其(qí )他(tā )材料(liào ),武火煮沸,转中小(xiǎo )火煲一(yī )个半小(xiǎo )时,下盐调(diào )味即可品尝。 -
