做法:洗净宰好鲫鱼,洗(xǐ )净淮山和薏米。用清水把陈皮泡软,拍裂一小块姜(jiāng ),热锅,用姜块在锅(guō )上(shàng )擦(cā )一遍,放(fàng )两勺(sháo )油,待(dài )油六成热下鱼(yú ),煎(jiān )至微(wēi )黄。煮沸瓦煲里的清水,放入煎煮(zhǔ )好的鲫(jì )鱼和其他材料,武火(huǒ )煮沸,转中小火(huǒ )煲一个(gè )半小时,下盐调(diào )味即可品尝。 -
