做法:洗(xǐ )净(jìng )宰好鲫鱼,洗净淮(huái )山和薏(yì )米(mǐ )。用清水把陈皮泡软,拍裂一小(xiǎo )块姜,热锅,用姜块在锅上擦一遍,放两勺油,待油六(liù )成热下(xià )鱼(yú ),煎至微黄。煮沸瓦煲里的清水(shuǐ ),放入煎煮好的鲫鱼和其他材料,武(wǔ )火煮(zhǔ )沸,转(zhuǎn )中小(xiǎo )火(huǒ )煲一个半小(xiǎo )时,下盐调味即可品尝(cháng )。 -
