做法(fǎ ):春笋切成片后加(jiā )少(shǎo )许盐捞出后用清水浸泡,生姜切片(piàn ),葱切成(chéng )段。锅烧热,倒入2勺(sháo )油,放入生姜、春笋、牛肉(ròu )片(piàn )、葱段翻炒(chǎo )1分钟左右(yòu )。再加入生抽、老(lǎo )抽、蚝油翻炒均匀,加入少量清水半掩住春(chūn )笋,盖上(shàng )锅(guō )盖大火(huǒ )煮开后转中火。煮到水快熬干(gàn )的(de )时候加(jiā )入盐,翻炒均匀稍收汁(zhī )时盖上锅盖焖。 -
