做法:春笋切成片后加少许(xǔ )盐捞出后用清水浸泡,生姜切片,葱切(qiē )成段。锅烧热(rè ),倒入2勺油,放入生姜、春笋、牛肉片、葱段(duàn )翻炒1分钟左(zuǒ )右。再加(jiā )入(rù )生抽、老抽、蚝油(yóu )翻(fān )炒(chǎo )均匀,加入少量(liàng )清(qīng )水半掩住春(chūn )笋(sǔn ),盖上(shàng )锅盖大火煮开后(hòu )转中(zhōng )火。煮到水快熬干的时候(hòu )加入盐,翻(fān )炒均匀稍收(shōu )汁时盖上锅盖焖。 -
