做法:春(chūn )笋切成片后加少许盐捞出(chū )后(hòu )用清水浸泡,生姜切(qiē )片,葱切成段。锅烧热,倒入2勺油,放入生姜、春笋、牛肉片、葱(cōng )段翻炒1分钟左右。再加入生(shēng )抽、老抽、蚝油翻炒均匀,加入少(shǎo )量清水半掩住春笋,盖上锅盖大火煮开(kāi )后转中火(huǒ )。煮到水快熬干(gàn )的时(shí )候加(jiā )入盐,翻炒均匀稍收汁时盖(gài )上(shàng )锅盖焖(mèn )。 -
