做法:洗净宰好鲫鱼,洗净淮山和(hé )薏(yì )米。用清水把(bǎ )陈皮泡(pào )软,拍裂一小块姜,热锅(guō ),用(yòng )姜块在锅上擦一(yī )遍(biàn ),放两勺油,待油六成热(rè )下鱼,煎至微黄。煮沸瓦煲里的清水,放入(rù )煎煮(zhǔ )好(hǎo )的鲫鱼(yú )和其他材料,武火煮沸,转中(zhōng )小(xiǎo )火(huǒ )煲一个半小时,下盐调味即可品尝。 -
