做法(fǎ ):春笋切成片(piàn )后加少许盐捞出后用清水(shuǐ )浸泡,生姜(jiāng )切(qiē )片,葱(cōng )切成(chéng )段。锅(guō )烧热,倒入2勺油,放(fàng )入(rù )生(shēng )姜、春笋、牛(niú )肉片、葱段翻炒1分钟左(zuǒ )右。再加(jiā )入生抽、老抽、蚝油翻炒均匀(yún ),加入(rù )少量清水半掩住春笋,盖上(shàng )锅盖大火煮开(kāi )后转中火。煮到水快熬干的(de )时候加入盐,翻炒均匀稍收汁时盖上锅盖焖。 -
